Welcome to Good Life Healthcare (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all users who access or use our website and mobile application (“Platform”). By using our Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Good Life Healthcare is an Asansol-based diagnostic centre, polyclinic, medicine store, doctor’s chamber, ambulance service, health insurance assistance provider, and home medical service provider, established in 2020.
1. Nature of Services
Through our Platform, users can:
- View information about our diagnostic services, polyclinic, and other medical offerings.
- View the list of doctors and their available services.
- View details of ambulance services, home medical services, and other health-related offerings.
- Make payments by scanning the displayed QR code.
Important:
- The Platform does not provide medical advice or emergency care.
- The Platform does not offer online consultations or online booking.
- The Platform does not create any doctor–patient relationship.
- The Platform does not collect or store user login information, as there is no user account or registration feature.
2. Eligibility
- You are at least 18 years old, or using the Platform under adult supervision.
- You will use the Platform for lawful purposes only.
3. Payments
- Users can make payments only through the QR code displayed on the Platform.
- We do not store or process any payment information.
- All payment confirmations or receipts are provided offline by our centre.
- Fees for services are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy (available offline at our centre or upon request).
4. Medical Disclaimer
- All content on the Platform is for informational purposes only.
- It should not be considered professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- For any medical concerns, users must consult a licensed doctor at our physical facility.
In cases of emergency, please contact local emergency services immediately.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Any errors, interruptions, or unavailability of the Platform.
- Any reliance placed on the information provided on the Platform.
- Any damages arising from misuse of the QR code or third-party payment apps.
- Any issues related to device compatibility or mobile data usage.
Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
6. Third-Party Services
- QR-based payments may use third-party apps such as UPI apps.
- We are not responsible for any issues, failures, or data handling by third-party services.
7. Intellectual Property
- All logos, text, images, service details, and content on the Platform belong to Good Life Healthcare.
- Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.
8. No User Accounts
- We do not offer any user login, registration, or profile creation features.
- We do not collect passwords, personal account details, or user-generated content.
9. Privacy
Although no account creation exists, basic device or technical information may be collected automatically (e.g., analytics or error logs).

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Asansol, West Bengal.
